Through our rent-to-own program, our customers get to live in their dream home while taking from 1-5 years to acquire at least a 10% down payment along with the credit score necessary to get a mortgage to buy their home at the end of the rent-to-own period. 

 

We work with each buyer to help them determine what the best time frame is for their rent-to-own program (1-5 years) along with determining their monthly payment amount based on the property's sales price.  Once the monthly payment amount is determined, it is fixed and will not go up for the entire rent-to-own period.  The sales price of our properties is also fixed for the entire rent-to-own period.  Additionally, our buyers have the opportunity to qualify for our credit repair program where we pay a credit repair company to review their credit history and to work with them to improve their credit score.  Since we often help our buyers improve their credit score, there is no qualifying or credit check necessary to be accepted into this program.

 

Our buyers have peace of mind when buying our homes because we provide them with a newly remodeled home, and we also provide assistance with major repairs.  If a major repair is needed during the rent-to-own period, our buyers pay the first $600, and we pay the rest.
